We check all of our goods thoroughly before posting however we know sometimes mistakes can be made. If your goods are faulty then email us at email@example.com to be given a RA number and the address for mailing. You must also supply a copy of your receipt. If the item is deemed as faulty, then we will either refund or supply a store credit to you, which will include the postage cost.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you have changed your mind or the goods do not fit, we are happy for you to return the goods within 10 days of your sales receipt and a store credit with a 12 month expiry will be issued to you. The item must be returned to us unworn and in the same manner it left our store. If you are wanting to return an item you must first email us firstname.lastname@example.org to be issued with a RA number and the address for mailing. You must also supply a copy of your receipt. Postage costs are the customers responsibility.
Please note that there are no returns on sale items. If the goods are deemed as faulty then a full refund will be issued.
Last Wave will not refund money onto a customers card or into a PayPal account if the order was placed with zipPay or AfterPay. All claims will have to be made with the companies you have used to checked out with in order to process your refund.
