HOW TO START YOUR RETURN
Before starting your return, please give have a read through our policies below!
To start the process of your return, please send the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- A copy of the proof of purchase
- The reason you are returning goods
- If the product is faulty, please provides photos
In order to accept your return, the following requirements need to be met 😊
- Items must be returned within 10 days from your sales receipt
- The item must return to us unworn and in the same condition it left our store
Return postage costs are the customers responsibility. If your return has been accepted we will refund the order postage fee.
We check all of our goods thoroughly before posting however we know sometimes mistakes can be made. If your goods are faulty then email us at email@example.com to be given a RA number and the address for mailing. You must also supply a copy of your receipt. If the item is deemed as faulty, then we will either refund or supply a store credit to you.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. If you have changed your mind or the goods do not fit, we are happy to exchange or offer a credit to the same value. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date issued.
Please note that there are no returns on reduced to clear sale items. If the goods are deemed as faulty then a full refund will be issued.
ZIPPAY & AFTERPAY
Last Wave will not refund money onto customers card or into a PayPal account if the order was placed with ZipPay or AfterPay.
i.e. If you paid for a product through AfterPay and wish to return it and receive a refund, the money will go back onto the AfterPay account.
At Last Wave Surf Shop and Watersports, we use Australia Post for all of our deliveries. Once your order has been packed & dispatched we will send you a tracking number which will allow you to follow the progress of your order if desired.
Delivery time frame in Australia is 1-6 working days from date of dispatch. Delivery to New Zealand is 2-10 Business days from date of dispatch.
Last Wave is not held liable for packages not turning up on time or going missing but we will try our best to help the situation.
