As we are a store with a shop front as well as an online store, sometimes crossovers can occur. We will do everything we can to avoid this happening. However in the unlikely hood that it does a full refund will be given to the online customer.
We check all of our goods thoroughly before posting however we know sometimes mistakes can be made. If your goods are faulty you must email us email@example.com to be given a RA number and the address for mailing. You must also supply a copy of your receipt. Postage costs are the customers responsibility.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you have changed your mind or the goods do not fit, we are happy for you to return the goods within 10 days of your sales receipt and a store credit with a 12 month expiry will be issued to you. The item must be returned to us unworn and in the same manner it left our store. If you are wanting to return an item you must first email us firstname.lastname@example.org to be issued with a RA number and the address for mailing. You must also supply a copy of your receipt. Postage costs are the customers responsibility.
Please note that there are no returns on sale items. If the goods are deemed as faulty then a full refund will be issued.
